Major Responsibilities

1.Bookkeeping: Manages all company financials on Quickbooks. Prepares for monthly finance meetings. Invoices clients, pays subcontractors through, runs payroll, manages workers comp insurance reporting requirements (70%)

2.Project administration: Supports all permitting for our projects, including scheduling inspections, ordering parking passes, and completing necessary paperwork (20%)

3.Office management: Manages and maintains the office (5%)

4.Provides support to management as requested (5%)

Skills & Qualifications:

Accounting experience: 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience on QuickBooks, ideally in a contracting or construction company.

Technology: Comfortable using technology to manage workflow, including, GSuite or MS Office, etc.

Skilled written communication: Ability to write clear, professional, structured client emails that clearly communicate objectives and align expectations.

Organized and detail-oriented: Doesnt let anything slip through the cracks and works well under tight deadlines. Used to structure your thinking and processes.

Passion for delighting clients: Excellent customer service skills, that reflect our company values of professionalism, humility, and trust.

Character: Is always honest and has the strong work ethic

Team player: Loyal to the team, and willing to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. Eager to take coaching and feedback constructively

Salary and Benefits:

$18-22 Per hour
