Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the hardscape installation process and jobsites
• Responsibility for oversight of preparation, construction, and clean up of hardscape projects from start to finish
• Safety, scheduling, and overall efficiency of the project.
• Communicate with client and designer in regards to all details and changes on project

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in hardscape/ concrete installation
• Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Proven experience leading crews and ensuring customer satisfaction is a must.
• Building and measuring skills, as well as the ability to read grades.
• People person with the ability to manage clients effectively

• Excellent problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities.
• Ability to complete a Background/ Drug Screening

Salary and Benefits:

• Full time
• Salary $22-25/ hour Depending on Experience
