Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the hardscape installation process and jobsites
Responsibility for oversight of preparation, construction, and clean up of hardscape projects from start to finish
Safety, scheduling, and overall efficiency of the project.
Communicate with client and designer in regards to all details and changes on project

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in hardscape/ concrete installation
Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Proven experience leading crews and ensuring customer satisfaction is a must.
Building and measuring skills, as well as the ability to read grades.
People person with the ability to manage clients effectively

Ability to complete a Background/ Drug Screening

Salary and Benefits:

Full time
Salary $22-25/ hour Depending on Experience
